2. Are the paintings original?
Yes, original artworks are clearly marked on the product page. Some artists may also offer limited-edition prints where mentioned.
3. Can I request a custom painting?
Yes. Selected artists accept commissioned artwork. Availability will be mentioned on the product page or you can contact us for assistance.
4. How are fragile artworks packed?
We use protective packaging materials specifically designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
5. Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Where applicable, artists may provide a Certificate of Authenticity. This will be mentioned in the product description.
6. Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?
As many artworks are unique or custom-made, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
8. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days, while custom or oversized artworks may require additional time.
