Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Because many products on Maatikala are handmade, unique, or one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect artwork shipped

Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and certificates (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made artworks
  • Commissioned paintings
  • Personalized products
  • Digital artwork
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind for one-of-a-kind artworks (unless otherwise specified)

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

For commissioned or custom-made artworks, cancellation may not be possible once work has begun.
